Reiki healing: a holistic approach to wellbeing

Welcome to this quiet corner of tranquility where I provide a sacred, nurturing space that supports you to reclaim your energy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and experience deep healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

Why Reiki?

Energy is everywhere. We’re surrounded by energy. What energy ripples are you vibrating and sending out to the world right now? Is it uplifting and harmonious? Is it aligned to your goals and biggest dreams? Or maybe, it’s being drained by outside influences and toxic, lower vibrations.

My 1:1 reiki sessions support you on your healing journey and help:

  • release stagnant energy

  • restore inner harmony

  • cultivate a sense of calm and clarity and share tools so you can be more intentional with your energy

  • Other benefits include: helping to reduce anxiety, improve sleep and enhance your overall wellbeing.

My 1:1 Reiki healing sessions are held at my studio space located with the Dalgety Bay Business Centre, KY11 9JN and are 75 mins and priced at £45,00.

Step into the most beautiful energy as I welcome you into your session, We start each session with herbal tea and a chat about how you’re feeling and tune into what you need on all energetic levels. You will be invited to tune into what message of guidance from an oracle card if this is something which feels good to you during the session.

We then move onto channeling Reiki energy as I ask you to notice your breath, come into your body and set an intention for your session.

During your session, you may feel heat or cold, you may feel a tingling sensation and like there are multiple hands on you or you may feel just a deep sense of relaxation and peace knowing the reiki energy is being channeled to the place where you need it the most.

I am happy to work both hands on and hands off - whatever makes you feel most comfortable, relaxed and most importantly held in a safe energy.

The Rise & align sanctuary: building a community to connect & raise your vibration

Are you curious about expanding your mind and raising your vibration? Maybe you’ve heard a little about energy, but not really sure where to start? Perhaps you already have a journaling practice, but are finding it difficult to be consistent and are looking to connect with likeminded people who are ready to rise and align and raise the collective frequency of the universe?

The Rise & Align Sanctuary is a welcoming, supportive space to come as you are. No filtering. No fronts. No judgement. It’s an online community to share experiences and a place to be accountable and consistent with your practice.

Within the Sanctuary, we ‘Rise with Reiki’ every Monday and it’s the best way to kickstart your energy for the week ahead!

During each session we:

  • explore new themes and topics

  • tune our energy in as we spend a little time journaling and noticing what comes up for us in this space

  • relax into a guided meditation whilst receiving distance reiki energy channeled by Laura

  • set our weekly intentions to raise our vibration and realign and rebalance

Session are online and we are live every Monday morning @ 06:30am-07:00am (UK Time) with a recording shared in the Group Community space if you are unable to make it in person.

Within the community, there are also distance reiki sessions, guided meditations and I will also be introducing some separate breathwork sessions later in Autumn 2025 once I have completed my Open-Hearted Breathwork Facilitator certification
